Daughter loves the necklace (twice!) and hope the gold will not wear off this one
I previously bought this necklace for my daughter last Sept when she turned 21, and within 5-6 months all of the gold had worn off the year, making it unwearable. So as this birthday rolled around I bought her another one, hoping it would last longer. (She just received it so I can leave an update to this review later---and hopefully increase the rating!) Also there was not very good communication between the time I bought the necklace and when it was supposed to be delivered. I had left Jonesy Wood a voicemail on their customer service number, and sent an email request in about this, but heard back from neither. Luckily the package arrived to her college apartment address a few days later.

Disappointed
Disgusted that had a faulty necklace . You sent a replacement and now I’m being charged £36 to get it delivered from the post office !!! Why dont you send it fedex or another courier ! The tax is nearly as much as the necklace !!
I am not paying this tax !!!
